Peter Dolukhanov
CEO & Founder
Peter started as a software engineer and architect, then founded a digital agency, grew it to 40 people and led it through its acquisition. He served as Group CTO through a second acquisition by Accenture, and was a Managing Director at Accenture.
Since founding Decoded he has been on-demand and interim CTO for organizations including The Independent, and founded Decoder, an AI platform that automates document and admin work for insurance agencies.
