AI Adoption · AI Adoption for Your Team
The right tools, safe setup, practical training and follow-up, so your staff use AI effectively.
Your people are probably already trying AI tools, often on personal accounts, while licences you pay for sit idle. We choose the right tools for your work, set them up safely with your IT provider, agree simple rules everyone understands, and train each team on its own documents, emails and tasks. Thirty days later we measure what is being used, cut what isn't and fix the gaps.

Questions owners ask
Before you decide.
Our staff already use ChatGPT. Is that a problem?
It is a risk if it is happening on personal accounts with no rules. It becomes an advantage once there are clear rules on what can go in, the right tools set up properly, and people shown how to use them well.
Copilot, ChatGPT or Gemini?
It depends on the software you already live in and the work you do. Many businesses on Microsoft 365 get most value from Copilot; others from ChatGPT or Gemini. We compare them on your own work, with no vendor ties.
Can these tools see all our files?
Only what each person can already see, and only once it is set up properly. Getting permissions right before switching anything on is part of the work.
Our team isn't technical. Is that a problem?
No. The sessions are built around everyday work, not technology. If someone can write an email, they can get value from these tools.
Does this cover the legal side?
Where AI influences decisions about customers or staff, such as hiring, lending or insurance, we cover the notices and records the law now expects. For anything beyond that we will tell you when to involve a lawyer.

What is the work this would take on costing you today?
Put in how many people do document and admin work and how long it takes them. See the cost a year and what the staff time a first automation could free up is worth. Nothing is stored.
